Edward (Ned) Durham

Ned Durham is a communication specialist in Recognition and Behavioral Improvement since 1983 and is well known in the industry. Ned has been recognized by industry principals including O.C. Tanner, Maritz Inc. and the ASI Industry for his outstanding contributions and commitment to his clients.

He founded RECOGNITION BY DESIGN LLC in 1998 to launch his now proven recognition strategy known as BRAVO™. Durham’s early experience working in operations for manufacturers such as McDonnell Corporation and Alcoa led him to start his first company, Omega Corporation, which was subsequently purchased by Carlson Marketing Group. Leveraging experience and training from both companies he was able to lead his industry in sales, in all market categories, and was awarded Industry Sales Person of the year in 1995.
